They truly make you feel like family during the process and are on your side to get what you need accomplished. We ended up building a house and they helped us by taking pictures and keeping in contact with the builder when we were out of state. Can’t say enough good things about them!!

He listens to what we are looking for and where, set up a search so that we would get daily notifications to see new listings matching our criteria. He is responsive to all our questions and points out things during the walk-through that may need to be looked at during inspection. He worked closely with my mortgage lending and the title company to ensure closing went smoothly. I will use Tom again :-)

We had previously listed it with another realtor and the listing expired. Tom and Rhonda came in and helped us. They put in the time and showed the home every weekend until it was sold. We moved two hours away so managing the house was difficult, and they even assisted in keeping it tidy and helping us arrange for lawn care, etc. They truly did a great job and put a lot of time and effort in making us feel like we were their only clients (even though I know they had a client load aside from us). Every house we toured Tom have us great background showing that he had not only connected with the seller/agent to get more details, but also his long term knowledge of the housing market. Tom helped us to understand the long term costs within each home with roof repairs, furnace age, landscaping costs, radon testing, and plenty more details that I would not have thought to ask.
