Tom and Rhonda were wonderful in helping us sell our home. We had previously listed it with another realtor and the listing expired. Tom and Rhonda came in and helped us. They put in the time and showed the home every weekend until it was sold. We moved two hours away so managing the house was difficult, and they even assisted in keeping it tidy and helping us arrange for lawn care, etc. They truly did a great job and put a lot of time and effort in making us feel like we were their only clients (even though I know they had a client load aside from us). They were responsive and always communicated. We always knew what was going on. I would absolutely recommend this team!!

Incredible knowledge and extremely helpful for first time home buyer
Tom was very helpful from start to finish, walking us through what this process would look like every step of the way. Every house we toured Tom have us great background showing that he had not only connected with the seller/agent to get more details, but also his long term knowledge of the housing market. Tom helped us to understand the long term costs within each home with roof repairs, furnace age, landscaping costs, radon testing, and plenty more details that I would not have thought to ask. It was incredibly helpful and made me feel much more secure about buying a home knowing Tom would help guide us through the houses and point out important features. I would gladly recommend Tom to any home buyer, but especially to first time home buyers as it’s already a stressful process so having a knowledgeable guide ready to research any question and point out things you didn’t know to ask was a HUGE relief while touring. He helped us figure out good offers/counter offers, and navigate the closing period with inspections, appraisals, and final details. Thanks to Tom we closed on our first home in great time without feeling pressured, rushed, or uncertain!

Tom is my forever realtor
This is the second time I have used Tom for purchasing a home. He listens to what we are looking for and where, set up a search so that we would get daily notifications to see new listings matching our criteria. He is responsive to all our questions and points out things during the walk-through that may need to be looked at during inspection. He worked closely with my mortgage lending and the title company to ensure closing went smoothly. I will use Tom again :-)
